Who I am

This website is run by Fokwa Siaka. The guides and services are sold by my company, FOSIA Ltd, Norrsken House, KN 78 St, Kigali, Rwanda. You can reach me at info@fokwasiaka.com or on WhatsApp at +44 7490 345653.

Using the website

The articles and resources on this website share what I see and test in my work. They are general information, not advice for your particular situation. Before you make an important decision for your business, check that it fits your case, or ask me or another professional.

Please do not use the website in a way that harms it or other people: no attempts to break into it, no automated mass collection of its content, no spam through its forms.

My content

The texts, guides, images and logos on this website belong to me, unless another owner is named. You are welcome to quote a short extract with a link to the original page. For anything more, ask me first.

Buying a guide

  • The seller is FOSIA Ltd. Prices are shown in Rwandan francs (RWF). The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
  • Payment is handled by the payment provider at checkout (Mobile Money or card). I never see or store your card number.
  • You can download the guide as soon as your payment is confirmed, and you also receive the link by email.
  • A guide is for your own use and for your own business. You may not resell it, share the file, or publish its content.
  • Refunds follow my refund policy.

Working with me

The first 30-minute intro call is free and commits you to nothing. If we decide to work together, I send you a written proposal with the scope, the price, the timeline and the payment terms. The engagement starts once you accept it, and that proposal is what governs our work.

Responsibility

I take care that the website and its content are accurate and available, but I cannot promise that they are always error-free or online. I am not responsible for losses that come from using the general information on this website without checking it for your case. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.

The website links to other websites, such as my products and partners. I do not control them and their own terms apply.

How I handle your data is explained in my privacy policy.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of Rwanda. If we disagree about something, write to me first: most problems are solved in a conversation. If we cannot agree, the competent courts of Kigali will decide, without prejudice to the rights you have as a consumer where you live.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with its date. The version in force on the day of your purchase applies to that purchase.
